I down loaded a Apple TV movie on my IPhone but cannot stream it on my tv I have the first version of the Apple TV box

I down loaded a Apple TV+ movie on my iPhone but cannot stream it on my tv since my Apple TV box does not have Apple TV+, how can I watch it on my flat screen tv?

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Which Apple TV do you have? Identify your Apple TV model

If it's the 2nd generation model then you won't get the TV app, but you should be able to AirPlay the movie to it.
