For the most part, andreeamihailescu, every single Apple device (including login accounts on Macs) is treated as if it belongs to the same individual.
Therefore, whatever one can access on one, one can access on the others.
(There are physical limitations in the case of local storage, from remote devices, without other steps being taken.)
So. It would, generally, be best if you consider all devices, and Mac login accounts, using the same Apple ID as being able to access everything from all others.
If you have the same ID on multiple devices, they all share the same data. If the other devices are used by other people, they should have their own Apple ID.
