Can you change iCloud password if you don’t have an iPhone anymore

If by iCloud password you mean your Apple ID password, you can do that on the web site by signing in to your Apple ID. See the 'On the web' section in the article below.

 What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

No you can't to do that unless you have set the Apple ID upon a new device.


But, you have the Apple ID you signed in here with. And, and you can change it if you want.
