Hi, I am asked to update the settings of the Apple ID and upon entering the password it appears to me ....this person is not active

I have not seen a definitive solution for your problem. So, I suggest you use my search link in trying to solve your problem:  this person is not active. You will see a number of links that are, or may be, related to your specific problem.
