Health app is gone
When I use the search function I can see only the health settings not the app itself. Similarly the ECG app is gone on my Apple Watch... I have a XS Max.

The app is not there. Again, when I search for the app, it does not appear. I tried searching for the ECG on the App Store and it also does not appear in the search results. I don't know what other information I can provide.

I assume this refers to the Health app on the iPhone XS Max running iOS 13.5.1. If that’s true, the Health app cannot be deleted. If you can’t find it, try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
I tried searching for ECG on the App Store
Again, an Apple Watch Series 4 or later is required, as are iOS 13.5.1 on your iPhone and WatchOS 6.2.6. You must be in a country that allows this app as specified in the above article.
I am running 13.5.1 and am also up to date on the watch as well. I am in the US which is listed as a country that supports the ECG. I did the reset on the home screen and it is still not there.
Are you able to acknowledge that I am using the search function and the app does not appear?

The Health app cannot be deleted. If you can’t find it, it’s either in a folder or a different home screen page.
I tried to restore the iPhone and my Mac said an unknown error occurred (1170).
