Welcome to the Apple Support Community. I truly am sorry for the store closures that are happening near your area. If the device is connected to an iCloud Account, you can remotely reset the device. If you are erasing the device through iCloud, make sure to remove it from your account to avoid an Activation Lock. I have added two links to this post.
