I've forgotten my password and now my iphone is disabled.. and very much not connected to the internet so I can't restore it, so how can I connect it to the internet while disabled?

You don't, sorry. You need to access your iPhone in order to have it connected to cellular data or wifi network.

so there's no way to restore it or open it without it being connected to the internet?
