How can I see where my iPad was purchased??
If you bought it new, you should remember where you got it from the receipt/invoice.
If you bought it used, no way to know that info except from the previous owner.

Ask your mom where she bought it.

My mom bought it to me for my birthday last year. 2 weeks ago it stopped charging and I've tried everything that google says should fix it.
