stuck on "signing in to iCloud"

Hi everyone,


I changed apple ID on my Ipad pro 9.7 2016 v13.5.1

I cannot go forward because the ipad is stucked on "signing in to iCloud "


I can signing in to iTunes Store and App Store but I can't download any update, keep asking for the apple id password, after write the right password it tells me is wrong.


any ideas?

If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?


What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support.      


Did you do a name change on your existing Apple ID or create a new Apple ID? If you created a new ID, all prior purchases are tied to the previous ID. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID. 


Purchase History Review.   


Or you can try to set up Family Sharing  between the IDs to keep access to your purchases.


Family Sharing.         


Family Sharing - Set up.

This may be your problem, an updating Apple ID settings problem. Apple is aware of the problem.

 

Note that some have solved the problem by signing out of iCloud, restarting their devices, and signing back in

 

I suggest you use my search link (update apple id settings) in trying to solve your problem. You will see a number of links that are related to it (some dealing with iPhone/iPads explicitly and some more general ones). But, note that I have not seen a definitive solution for it.
