Restore data from water damage
How can i restore data if my iphone is damage due to water and it couldn’t open?

You can restore it to your new device from the last backup you made of the old one before it was destroyed.
If you didn't back it up to either iCloud or iTunes, then the data is gone. There is no place to recover the data from.
