error code 500001-0001 when using attnow app on appletv.

attnow App will not work on AppleTV. Yet all the other streaming apps work.

My work around is to disconnect from cable service provider an connect using hotspot on att cellphone. It now works. Then disconnect phone and reconnect to service provider. This works until you power off the appletv. Then you have to repeat the prior steps.

This has happened in the past several times and resolved on its own now it is back, one week so far.

Should note that the PC connection only works on the cellphone hot spot.

Problem returns when connected to cable service provider.

I should note, this seems to be a problem with my cable service provider, ‘Suddenlink’. I have 400mb x 50mb service. When calling tech support they don’t understand what the problem is.
