My iCloud email is not opening on my iPad app

And is Mail enabled under Settings > Name > iCloud?

What app are you referring to? The Mail app?
Are you getting an error message? How are you opening your email? Are you using the Mail app?
Am not getting an error message, but when ever I go on the app it’s saying am already signed in but my email doesn’t come up
