screen has white lines and doesn't fully turn on

I think my ipad screen must have gotten wet. When I turn it on I just see some white lines. What should I do? Is it broken forever? It's been a few weeks.

does hardware repairs include water damage im not sure if the phone got wet or just overheated, but the screen kept turning off while I was using it and then eventually started flashing and had green lines all over the screen, the. buttons all work still, I can feel the screen still working but ts just blank
