Apple TV model number
my model No. is MC572LL/A. What generation have I got here. It does not fit the info above. The unit was given to me and there is no box or printed info on the unit. I got the model No. from the "about" in the general menu.

That would be an Apple TV (2nd generation).
It should also say ‘A1378’ on the bottom, and also in Settings﹥General﹥About.
