Remove the flashlight from the lock screen

Can you *actually* remove the flashlight from the lock screen?

Not remove it from the control center, disable Haptic Touch, nor remove touch-to-wake, but actually remove it from the lock screen?

Thanks for any help, it’s driving me nuts.
