Need code for HomeKit

my AppleTV was not being recognized by HomeKit, I have to repair it but do not have the code because I do not have the box it came in. How do I get the 8 digit code it is asking me for?

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 12

Only the literature that came in the box can tell you the code. Without it this device is useless to you.
