Dropped and damaged

My MacBook Pro was accidentally dropped on my tile and when I opened the screen, the screen itself Was not cracked but when I turned it on my screen had all those colorful lines and in the corner of my screen appeared to be a bubble of Black liquid. My question is do I have to buy another MacBook Pro or is it possible just to get the screen part replaced?
