How can I purchase storage space?
I’m trying to deleted pictures to free up space on my phone and it’s not allowing me to. How can I purchase more storage?

As noted you can purchase more iCloud storage space but you cannot purchase more iPhone storage space. If you need more space on your phone you will need to delete something.
You can't buy more storage on a device unless you but one that has more.
