Does anyone know how to directly contact apple with problems as I have “screen recorded” a problem I need to email them (not through their online contact form because I don’t think it allows for videos) thanks.

don't believe bigger companys use email as a means to be contacted by customers anymore now that the wast majority of emails send globally are spam, and bots harvest emails to send to from websites they mine through.
The only way to contact Apple directly is by using the contact support link at the top of the page.
Thank you. I guess I will put in the item in words and hopefully I can send the screen recording of the problem (as it’s hard to explain) when they get back to me.
