App store on Ipad will not accept the correct password

Ipad wont allow me to update apps, or install apps, because it asks for the password. The password is indeed correct but it always says, incorrect.

SO i change the password, i can log into app store online no problem with the new password, i signed out of the Ipad and signed back in with the new password, no problem, i can even sign into the app store under the settings option with the new password. But no matter how many resets, app closures, you name it, whenever I try to download an app and it asks for the password within the app store app itself, it always says the password is incorrect.

This is why I hate apple, and I just want a straight answer that resolves this mundane problem before i discard this over priced junk, aye.

Cheers.
