I got a notification saying the system is heavily damaged by two viruses . and i deleted all the webpages too and i restarted my iphone.. because of this virus will my iphone shut down ?

Doesn't matter if you're talking about an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Mac, Windows, Linux, or anything else. It's literally impossible for any remote web site or server to know what's on your computer through a web browser. Anything any such site or popup says is a lie.
Do not for any reason follow any links or call any number presented. You WILL be talking to a criminal who will take as much money from you as you're willing to cough up to fix nothing.
