How do I purchase 50gb storage after my first 50gb storage for a total of 100gb for $2/month?

There is no option to do that. The option is to upgrade to the 200GB plan for $2.99. See: iCloud storage plans and pricing - Apple Support

That is anti constitutional. How can they force me to pay for way, way more storage than I need? Apple turning Mr Softy? That kind of biz practice was normal for Microsoft back due to their monopoly status. Now Apple stinks
