Apple cash verification failure

Someone sent me money through apple pay and when I tried to accept it, it said to verify my identity. I had filled out my name, checked the address, confirmed my social a few times and it wouldn’t accept it. Now it says that accepting and receiving is restricted. I don’t know what to do.

I’m 16 and yes I live in the USA. I haven’t had a problem since I’ve used it these past few months.
