I want to cancel the subscription for the one that has been charged

I installed an app that have a free trail for 7 days and an annual subscription to be charged after that. Now the subscription has been charged annually, I want to cancel the subscription or need to change it to monthly. When I do the cancel or change subscription it starts only after 1 year (ie. the time after my current annual payment ends). But I want to change it now. How can I do it ? Please advice.

Apple usually considers all sales to be final. But, if you have a problem with a subscription or a purchase, see Subscriptions and Purchases https://support.apple.com/en-euro/billing. If you think you may be able to get a refund, then use the request a refund link. It will take you to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT204084
