Downgrade iOS 14 Problem

Hi,

I installed iOS 14 on my iPhone and now I want to downgrade it to 13.5.1 with my Mac

but now I can't install iOS 13.5.1 nor iOS 14

My iPhone still on Recovery mode and have some errors (like Error 9 or Error 10)

What can i do?
