Apple id locked !!!

My apple id is locked.In order to recover back i have to get into my email but i don't have access to my icloud email.What is the solution for that?Help please!

If you are locked out of your Apple ID account you can go to https://iforgot.apple.com

This will provide you with the recovery steps you put in place for this situation.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

"If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account." This link takes you to:

 

Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204921. It looks like you are in recovery.

 

“Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity. After you request account recovery, you'll get an email with a confirmation of your request and the date and time of when you can expect to regain access. … When the wait period is over, Apple sends you a text or automated phone call with instructions to regain access to your account.” Read the whole document carefully.


Did you get the email mentioned above before beginning recovery?
