A list of former attached devices isn't available. You can only see current devices.

Have you already looked in your profile at https://appleid.apple.com/ ?

I’m not sure how long old devices continue to be displayed

I have checked my Apple ID profile. The Devices tab only shows current devices that are connected to your ID. There is no "Edit" or "Device History" tab or link.
