O2 have just sent me a new iPhone 11 Pro. However the sound quality sounds very tinny and you have the sound up almost full to hear decently.
never had this issue with any other iPhone - it just doesn’t sound right.
any suggestions?
also when people phone me they don’t get a dialling tone - it it silent for them until I pick up??

As far as callers not hearing a ring tone when they call you, this is a function of the carrier on the caller's side. They will want to take that up with their carrier.

I purchased a brand new iPhone 11 Pro 5 weeks ago since I got it I’ve been having sound issues with I’m making or receiving calls it’s sounds like I’m in a tunnel or volume goes really loud I called apple and was advise to take to apple store to be replaced however that was a waste off time not interested and wanted to send a brand new phone away a matter off weeks old to get fixed I don’t think so any one else having these issues
