When I buy new storage for .99 cents a month, does that cover all my apple devices or must I pay .99 per mo the per device. I have two I-pads and an I-phone.

How do I buy more I-cloud storage and when I do, does one fee cover my three apple products...2 I-pads and an I-phone? Is it necessary to buy each month?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

iCloud storage is linked to your Apple ID, not to a specific device. If you upgrade, all of your devices have access to the space assuming you are using the same Apple ID for iCloud on all of them. It is automatically renewed and billed each month (it's like renting physical storage space or renting an apartment -- you pay as long as you want to continue to use the space). You cancel by downgrading back to the free 5GB plan. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

I appreciate the response which helped me to understand about i-cloud storage. Since then I have upgraded to 50 gb. However, now I have another question. I am thinking that Apple does not have my current credit card number. I had to get a new card several months ago and have not remembered to notify Apple. Who and how do I contact the necessary person/department? Another silly question perhaps, but I am an older person come late to internet technology. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
