Yes that is the problem. I just figured out that the usb plug wasn't pushed all the way in so my watch hasn't been getting charged. Kind of a dumb mistake on my part!

The watch is in power reserve mode,charge the battery and then turn off power reserve mode.
my watch seems to be frozen. If I push the round button, it will show a red lightening like indicators in the upper left and the time in numbers which is not the way I normally show the clock. I tried to force a restart and it didn't work
