Stylus longevity

My flat tipped stylus which I’ve been using for several months quit working. It physically looks ok. Does anyone have any idea why it’s not working anymore? Is there a coating on the plastic tip that’s worn out?

That looks like an Adonit Mini 4 stylus.

This is just a normal, commonplace, disc tipped, capacitive stylus.

There are no electrical parts inside of this stylus.

Might be a mechanical connection issue from the disc to the internal rod or the rod to the main colored body of this stylus.

Maybe you need a new disc and rod kit for this Adonit Mini 4 stylus from Adonit.
