Hello Rahiman,
That screen doesn't look like it is in good working order based on that straight line going through it. This may be due to a failing screen. Are you having other issues with the screen as well? I ask because you have the assistive touch button active.
You can try to Force ReStart your iPhone 11 as shown below and see whether that solves it-
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
If that does not work then-
Your iPhone 11 is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support
