Favorits totally messed up

Hello,

i totally messed up my favorites. The bookmarks a synced via icloud and i have thounds of bookmarks now. i need a way to delete all bookmarks at once .... Is there a way?

I tried to delete them all in chrome, but they are always synced back from icloud
