I have a lot of I cloud storage left and I cannot install any more apps . When I try to download an app it states that there’s not enouph storage

The problem might be on your iPhone's storage, not in iCloud.

Check it here:--> Settings>General>Iphone Storage.

To make room, delete some stuff on your device.

FYI, iCloud storage is for backing up and syncing.

It does not increase what you have on iPhone.

If you want to install apps, you need to make room by deleting what you don't need, or save stuff onto computer before deleting.
