iTunes account has been disabled

Hi everyone,

my iTunes account has been disabled.

I disputed subscription payment ( by mistake) and replaced my credit card, I thought it was a scam charge.

My account is disabled now and said I have to connect to iTunes Support.

Please let me know how to do that.

Thanks
