The pool I just joined is 25 meters. My old pool was 25 yards.
How can I change the default measurements for my Pool Swim workouts from yards to meters? I couldn't find it in Settings on my Apple Watch nor on my iPhone XR.

Thank you for the quick reply. I'd tried that before and could only adjust the numbers up or down, not change the measurement unit. But after some trial and error from that same screen, I found that if you press down on screen (tap didn't work), you are presented with option to select M (meter) or YD (yard).
After I adjusted the length back to 25m, I pressed Digital Crown in to retain that #. Maybe that's not necessary... Then I hit Start.
FYI, once I changed unit, it automatically converted previous swims from YD to M which is what I wanted.
Select Pool Swim, turn the Digital Crown to set the pool length. Then tap Start.
