Hello, BlackTruck!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're not receiving calls and want to remove an app that might be stopping the calls. First, to remove the RoboKiller app, you'll need to follow these steps to See or cancel your subscriptions and cancel the subscription to RoboKiller. Once it's cancelled, you can follow these steps for How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and delete the application.

For the issue with calls going to voicemail, if it continues after deleting the app, check out these steps to Manage incoming calls on iPhone. Specifically:

"Avoid unwanted calls

  • Block unwanted callers: In Favorites, Recents, or Voicemail, tap  to see a caller’s contact card, then tap Block this Caller. Or go to Settings  > Phone > Blocked Contacts. You don’t receive voice calls, FaceTime calls, or text messages from blocked callers.
  • Send unknown and spam callers to voicemail: Go to Settings  > Phone, then turn on Silence Unknown Callers. You receive notifications only for calls from phone numbers in your contacts, phone numbers you recently called, and phone numbers sent to you in email or text messages."

Have a terrific day!
