Just receive a message that my iCloud has been successfully deleted... I did not request this. I then received a message for 30 days free to set up my iCloud?? Why would my iCloud get deleted?

The only way to delete an iCloud account is to delete the AppleID it is tied to. Your AppleID is working fine since you were able to login here and post. And deleting an AppleID is an involved process which requires a formal application to Apple to delete it, and anyone requesting it would need your AppleID password to even start the request process.

And anyone can create an AppleID whenever they wish, and can use an AppleID to make an iCloud account whenever they wish. There is no time limit, or trial or free period (all iCloud accounts are free and always have been).

That message is not from Apple - it is a phishing scam to get you to give up personal information about your AppleID.
