how can i do it , ipad air if have a persists problem

The on-screen message gives three recommendations...


1) Wait and try again later.

2) Connect you iPad to a PC or Mac computer that has iTunes installed - then launch and activate your iPad using the iTunes.

3) Contact Apple Support https://apple.com/uk/support
