I accidentally deleted some text messages and I don’t have a computer is there any way I can get them back without doing a reset on my iPhone 11 because I have new pictures and text messages I don’t want to lose

If you’re using messages in iCloud then all deletions are permanent and cannot be recovered -> Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support
If you do not use messages in iCloud, then they may be in your backup (if a more recent backup made since you deleted the messages has not over-written the backup that had them). But to restore a backup, everything currently on the device will be removed and replaced with the backup contents. So there is no way to restore a backup and keep anything added to the device since that backup file was made.

I hadn’t done a backup since June 16 and I have pictures of my Daddy that I just lost last week so I guess I’ll just be without those text messages. Thank you for your help
how can i recover text messages i accidently deleted without a computer and not do a reset because i dont want to lose my pictures or new text
