Spectrum can’t figure it out and said to call Apple.
That is weird of them. It is an app published by Spectrum, made to specifications of Spectrum. They are responsible for the behavior of their own app (front-end), as well as how it interacts with their content on their servers (back-end), along with all the user support that goes with it.
I saw that. NOWHERE in that document does it show you how to, for example, record a TV show.
Anyone else have an idea?
Recording shows is not a functionality of the device.
Some services from (live) TV providers with their own app allow for “cloud DVR”, like a virtual recorder. That would be in-app functionality.
