Add Folders to iCloud
I have photos categorized in Folders. Is there a way to add the folders so they maintain my organization? I have thousands of photos and putting them in a single repository is not efficient.

Directly to iCloud, there is no to keep folder based organization. iCloud photos is not a full featured photo app.
If you have a Mac, you can import your folders to the macOS Photos app and if synced with iCloud Photos they will be kept in albums that match.
