I only see remove device from account, not turn off find my iPhone

I need to send my broken iPhone to Asunción for new phone. My phone is broke, so I went on iCloud to turn off find my iPhone, it only says remove iPhone from account, no turn off find my iPhone option. Help

Hello Saverio256,

It sounds like you are trying to remove Find My iPhone off your broken iPhone. When Find My iPhone cannot be removed the device enters activation lock, check out these links to learn how to remove activation lock to remove the Find My iPhone.

Turn off Activation Lock
