I have my school iPad and I deleted my old Apple ID and since I have restrictions I can’t see apps and I need. Like discord it’s restricted but I downloaded it for some reason and I can’t see the app in the actual iPad. I can’t update it cause I deleted my old account. And I need to update it first and I downloaded discoed with my disabled account. Pls help.

Welcome to the Apple Support Community. If the device is owned by the school then there is nothing you can do. Device Restrictions are managed using Mobile Device Management (MDM) Profiling. This is a way to put restrictions on iPads remotely and cannot be removed. You can get in contact with your school for more information.
