I had all my photos on iCloud but when I saw it yesterday I find only that photos which are on my iphone not the previous ones. I deleted the old photos on my iphone as i had backup them to icloud. But i couldn't find them on icloud anymore.

If you deleted the photos on your iPhone, that would mean that you also deleted them on iCloud as well. Have you tried looking in the Recently Deleted folder for the deleted photos?
