Why does my game crash and is there a way you can fix it

Hi,
I contacted Apple and It said contact app creator of fortnite app. Because Apple resolve the probem only for it apps.
Does it happen only with Fortnite game or you have experienced this with other games too? Have you enquired with your friends about their iPhone behaviour after playing a game, probably same duration as you do?
I contacted epic games the creators of fortnite and they said contact apple support. And yes it’s only fortnite
Game keeps crashing on fortnite and if you guys at Apple could figure out why that whould be so helpful
