Open the Pages document containing your single column table. Hopefully, it fits on one page. Open a new Pages document with blank template. On that page, Insert a Text box, and while still selected, set Text Wrap to None on the Arrange panel. Change the size of the Text box to accept your table column and its spacing requirements.

Select your table column and copy to the clipboard. Click inside the Text box to get the the "Type to enter text" boilerplate to show a salmon background, and then paste your table column in the Text box. Select the result, and then on your Text panel, adjust the After Paragraph spacing to 6 pts to open a space between each item. Now, you can copy/paste this Text box back into your original document, or you can copy its contents back to the document body of your original document.

There is a plan for 90 page tables too…

In Pages, click on the A column tab of your table and all 90 pages of that first column will be selected. Copy to the clipboard.

Ope a new, rich text Text Edit document, and use Edit menu : Paste & Match Style to deposit your table column as text. Next, press ⌘A to select all of it, and then from the TextEdit toolbar, set the spacing to 2.0 which will open a space between every text item. Now you have text that you can copy/paste back into Pages, or further manipulate.
