Right airpod disconnecting after every 3 minute

Right side airpods discoonecting after every 3 minute with all compatible devices after reseting airpods also and the airpods are charging properly

Right AirPod is disconnecting Last week I started having a problem with my AirPods. My right AirPod works for an average of 1 minute and then disconnects. Airpod disconnects often AirPods disconnects both usually after 5 minutes then left one comes back and right one appears dead, battery status shows ok though.
