photos from icloud disappeared
after uploading photos to the cloud, I deleted them from my phone. but a little later I saw that they were also removed from the cloud. how did it happen and how can i get my photos back?

If you deleted them from your iPhone, you also deleted them from iCloud as well. That's how iCloud works and was designed. Try checking the Recently Deleted folder in iCloud Photos to see if the photos might be there.
