Macbook Pro startup

My macbook pro16” displays a globe with a warning sign in front. There is text displayed and it says “apple.com/support” and underneath that it says “-2106F” what should I do?

Hi,

If you are trying to reinstall macOS with Recovery mode, you'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation if nearby retail Apple Store is opened or take your MacBook Pro to opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to tell them about the error code.

Genius Bar will reinstall macOS on your MacBook Pro for free.

If not, resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.
